Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and IORA Teknoloji Geliştirme Limited Şirketi (“IORA”) for the Holix Play app and related services. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); if the two conflict about the app license, Apple's EULA prevails.
2. What the service is
Holix Play is a player for media servers you own or control. IORA does not provide, host or sell movies, shows or other content.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Holix Play is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. A subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple Family Sharing may be available for subscriptions and the lifetime purchase, as shown in the App Store. Cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account settings and reportaproblem.apple.com; IORA cannot cancel or refund Apple purchases.
4. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content on your server and for the content you play through the app. Use Holix Play only with content you have the legal right to use and access. You must not use it to infringe copyright or any other right, or to violate any law.
5. Accounts and profiles
Keep your account and PINs secure. The account holder is responsible for activity on all profiles, including child profiles, and for setting correct birth dates.
6. Availability and changes
Features, supported servers and platforms may change. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IORA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or issues caused by your server, network or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
